1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using oliagency.dev (the "Website") or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Oli Agency provides digital agency services including but not limited to web design, web development, and digital strategy consulting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oli Agency and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions and potentially additional fees as outlined in the project proposal.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly as agreed upon in the individual project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Oli Agency, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
