This page describes what this website does with the information you give it. It covers the enquiry form, which is the only place the site collects anything about you.
What the form collects
The enquiry form has seven fields. Each is something you type and choose to send:
- your name;
- the business name;
- the suburb;
- an email address;
- a phone number, which is optional;
- a free-text description of what the business does;
- whether the business currently has a website, chosen from three options.
Nothing else about you is collected. There is no account to create, and the form asks for no payment details.
Where it goes, and where it is kept
When you send the form, those seven fields are written as a single record to a database provided by Supabase and hosted in Sydney, Australia. The record also stores a status of “new” and a note that it came from the website enquiry form. It is not sent anywhere else.
Your IP address is used only in the server’s memory, for a moment, to limit repeated submissions from the same source. It is not written to the database alongside your enquiry.
What is tracked
Nothing, today. This site runs no analytics: there is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker, because none is configured. The only cookie the site sets is a short-lived, signed one placed after a successful enquiry, so the confirmation page can be shown once; it carries an identifier for that enquiry and nothing more, and it is cleared as soon as that page loads.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are not deleted automatically — there is no job that expires them. A record stays in the database until it is deleted, including when you ask for it to be deleted.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
To ask what is held about you, or to have your enquiry deleted, email hello@oliagency.dev. The record is removed on request.
